Who am I?

Keaton here ^^

  • I grew up in a small industry town in Southern Ontario, it has been a long journey to find myself in Vancouver, it was not an easy path, but hey, if it weren’t I wouldn’t have much to share with my clients.

I was a natural at persistence though not at much else. Learning things the hard way left me with a stack of tools and a deep understanding of how they work and a passion for teaching.

As a kid, I was sensitive and often lost in my head. It wasn’t until I started seeing a coach that I realized I had been using dissociation from my body as a protection mechanism.

I eventually found a connection with my body through sports, and later, the weight room became a place where I felt safe, secure, and powerful. While my mind wandered, I remained grounded—sometimes too grounded.

Then, an injury struck, cutting off the enjoyment I once had in moving my body.

I was back in my mind…

Like a freshly graduated university student. in the big city, no practical skills just a head full of books.

What did I do? I dove in head first into the science of it all, the body and how it works, looking for some solution to fix my problem, fix what I thought was broken - me.

But this journey deeper into the body left me stuck.

I had lost the ability to dream.

My head was in my feet, I was rusted, rooted in 'reality'.

I don’t know if you’ve ever been there, but it’s a dark place, where the ground beneath you begins to sink. It's easy to believe that once you're down there, you might never rise again.

but as the cliché goes, I only had one way to go…

    Up.

it has been a climb and I have fallen many times back into that dark place.

But the help of many teachers most importantly my coach Adriana. I began to build the skills and connect my mind and body.

In doing so, I realized something.

We don’t have to switch between one or the other.

by learning both sides they become intertwined working together to achieve our dreams. The mind-body connection isn’t black and white.

By connecting the two, we free ourselves from blocks and societal norms that hold us back.

The Short Story

I grew up in a small industrial town in Southern Ontario, a sensitive kid lost in my head, dissociating from my body without even realizing it.

I eventually found solace in sports, and later, the weight room became my sanctuary—where I felt strong, grounded, and safe.

But when an injury stripped away my ability to move, I was thrown back into my mind, feeling trapped, disconnected, and powerless.

Desperate to "fix" myself, I dove into the science of the body, studying everything I could. But the more I tried to understand, the more stuck I became, losing my ability to dream, feeling rusted and rooted in place.

With the help of my coach, Adriana, I realized I didn’t need to live entirely in my mind or my body—they were meant to work together.

Through reconnecting the two, I rediscovered the power of living fully—mind and body in harmony, no longer bound by societal norms or self-imposed limits.

Now, I help others do the same, guiding them to overcome their own blocks and find freedom by integrating both mind and body.

WHAT IS CHIRON?

THE SHORT

I created Chiron Mind+Body to help creative professionals reconnect with their bodies and overcome the blocks that hold them back. My approach is rooted in guiding clients to find balance and stability, allowing them to move forward in their careers, passions, and lives.

We often lose touch with our bodies as we age, but by listening to its signals and honoring our evolving needs, we can rediscover the connection we had in our youth. Society pushes us to resist change, but embracing this shift leads to a more fulfilling future, both mentally and physically.

At Chiron, my goal is not to fix you or lead you to a specific endpoint. I teach adaptable tools that empower you to create a lifestyle that aligns with your body’s needs and your goals, so you can continue thriving on your own terms.

Ready to break through your blocks?
It’s time to stop resisting and start listening—your body holds the answers. Let’s work together to create lasting, sustainable change.

  • I started Chiron Mind+Body to help creative professionals like myself reconnect with their bodies, break through blocks, and move confidently toward the next stage of their careers, lives, or passions.

As creatives, we often lose touch with the signals our bodies send us, especially when burnout or overwhelm sets in.

My mission is to guide you in reclaiming that intuitive connection, using it as a tool for growth, clarity, and balance.

It's time to stop fighting with ourselves.

Remember when we were younger, when we naturally listened to our bodies, did what felt right, and let our intuition guide us toward fulfillment?

As we grow older, society teaches us to ignore these instincts, and aging is treated as something to resist. But by acknowledging that old habits may no longer serve us, we can rebuild a more fulfilling future—one where both mind and body are aligned and thriving.

My coaching approach is not about "fixing" you or leading you to a final destination. It's about teaching you the tools and methods that will empower you to adapt to life’s changes, so you can make decisions that align with your body’s needs and your personal goals.

By training your body and mind to work together, you’ll be able to focus on what truly matters, embrace the present moment, and move forward with confidence and flow.
